The following transactions are performed by the Butler County Clerk’s office: voter registration and other election-related duties; accessible permits; motor vehicle licenses; hunting and fishing licenses; marriage license; notary bonds; files, stores and preserves various legal records and county records; and the office is responsible for the preparation of county tax bills.
